Amanda Patterson Partin is an educator and scholar focused on equity, belonging, and language's impact on experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Writing from East Carolina University and has been Assistant Editor for Writing Program Administration and Editorial Fellow for College English.
Dr. Partin teaches Business Writing, scientific communication, and Rhetoric Studies at high school and college levels, empowering students to write clearly and confidently. As an editor and writing coach, she supports academic presses and graduate students—especially those working on dissertations—to refine their work and reach broader audiences.
Her research explores the rhetoric of multicultural belonging in non-denominational Christian churches, focusing on race, institutional discourse, and narrative practices.
